Reporting into the Head HR your roles & responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle for the commercial organisation of roughly 1500 people
- Partner with the business and leadership teams working on critical projects
- Work on mission critical interventions for the Business Unit wrt increasing productivity
- Lead the Performance Management, succession planning, hi-pot identification for critical talent, and work on talent management for the BU
- Play an integral part in implementing initiates for the BU
The Successful Candidate:
- You come with 8 + years of experience as a HRBP only across FMCG, Pharma, Telecom or Insurance
- You have have the experience supporting the Commercial teams within the organisation and have very high stakeholder management skills.
