- Managing end to end Life cycle of their employees.
- Employee engagement activities along with the talent acquisition.
- Responsible for North region.
- Responsible for the Talent Acquisition activities for the entire zone.
- Ensure branches are staffed as per the manpower plan.
- Ensure quality hiring by taking Competency-Based and Behavioral Event interview.
- Influence and drive concerned stakeholders (zone heads, branch managers, employees, candidates, third parties, etc.) to ensure zonal staffing objectives are met.
- Work on specific HR capability building projects as and when required.
- Provide advice and guidance on specific aspects of the Human Resources function related to recruitment and selection.
- Conducting common Induction for the new joiners.
- Handle queries related to company processes, policies, etc.
- Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resources related issues.
- Designing & implementing Employee engagement activities across branches.
- Drive a process-driven culture w.r.t HR so that dissatisfiers are minimized and do not come in the way of the superior performance of employees.
- Through influence and expertise, create ownership in business leaders to drive talent identification and development initiatives.
- Vendor Management and New vendor empanelment.
