HR Business Partner - Insurance

We have the following requirements with leading Insurance companies in Mumbai

HRBP2-5 years

Role is to lead HRBP

- Talent Management

- Talent Acquisition

- HR ops

- PMS

- Employee Engagement

MBA HR full time degree in HR from NBFCs/ Banks/ Financial Services

High Energy individual - should be able to run with several initiatives and get people involved

2. Good Communication skills

3. Experience in working with Senior Management stakeholders (the role works as HRBP with one of our BU Heads)

4. Maturity - should be able to handle complex and tricky scenarios on his own

5. Notice Period ideally should not be more than 1 month. Max 2 months but not later than that. Immediate joining preferred

6. Local Candidate will be preferable

7. Pedigree institute is not a strict criteria
