Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Santa Cruz, Mumbai (work-from-office role, 5-days a week)

Job Summary:
The HRBP will play an important role in driving the execution of the organization's talent strategy. The incumbent will manage key HR functions, including talent development, management, and acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience and excel in execution, interpersonal skills, communication, and collaboration in the Talent Management space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify training and development needs; coordinate and facilitate learning and development programs.
- Support career development planning and succession planning efforts.
- Execution of performance management processes, like goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal feedback.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
- Support the implementation of programs and initiatives to motivate and retain top talent.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide answers on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or an equivalent degree from a top institute.
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering, and talent management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Smart, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
