HRBP
Scrabble has been mandated to hire an HRBP for a well-established & fast-growing Infrastructure Investment Trust. The role will be based out of Mumbai reporting to the Head HR.
Responsibilities:
- Coach managers & leaders in the areas of people management, people development, managing aspirations and emotions and driving key organizational behaviours/values
- Partner with talent acquisition to attract right talent for business
- Ideate and drive initiatives for key talent identification and talent retention
- Work with talent acquisition and operations team to create high impact experience from offer to joining and during onboarding. Plan induction for quick assimilation with organization's culture and ways of working
- Enable business leaders achieve their objectives through creating performance channels, adequate reviews, and mechanisms for meaningful conversations
- Ensure right organization structure is in place through manning
- Partner with L&D and business to create and drive learning interventions to build right behavioural and technical competencies
- Create and drive exciting and meaningful reward mechanism which are aligned to overall compensation strategy of the organization
- Create right and adequate communication channels in the organization for both top-down and bottom-up communication
- Plan key business interventions based on organizational context and drive them across the function with defined measures.
Qualifications:
- 7 to10 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure, manufacturing, power transmission or FMCG industries with an MBA degree.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication & presentation skills.
- Compliances understanding / Industrial Relations understanding
