HR Business partner - Infra / Manufacturing Firm
Roles :
- Lead Talent Acquisition for Building & Factories Business Unit.
- Taking care of the entire gamut of HR activities Plants & Divisional Corporate Office (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Management)
- Lead implementation of PMS through SF (Goal Setting, Performance Appraisal exercise at BU Level).
- On time release of communication on PMS at BU Level for meaningful and effective feedback discussion with employee and their reporting Manager.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive benefits packages.
- Training need identification as per input given by employee/ functional head / project head as per business requirement.
- Coordination with central L&D function for implementation of training programs and giving input to L&D team for designing training program as per business requirement.
- Execution of Training as per calendar and evaluation of training.
- Designing employee engagement activities based on business requirement and non-business requirement by formulating annual engagement calendar.
- Utilize HR Data & Analytics to generate insights, trends and metrics that helps in decision making and drive continuous improvements in HR Processes.
- Lead the implementation of the HRMS system including planning, training, and deployment phases.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
