We are looking for a high-energy, business savvy, self-driven and customer-focused professional who is passionate about creating and sustaining high performing teams that work in a 24/7 environment The successful candidate will build and maintain effective cross-functional partnerships, locally and globally, to deliver programs in an integrated, consistent, and high impact manner She/he will gain deep knowledge of the business, people and organizational needs to diagnose issues and recommend solutions to challenges and further the capabilities of the organization

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

- Acts as the primary HR advisor and coach to managers in people management & HR practices

- Enables business to achieve their targets by ensuring their hiring needs are met on time

- Analyze trends in people data to determine appropriate actions Presents data and recommendations and effectively influences senior leadership to action

- Manages the campus hiring program and build university relations in line with the group's requirements

- Suggests process improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation

- Connects with employees through 1:1's / focus groups

- Is the single face of HR to the line - communication process / policies to employees, brown bag sessions etc

- Collaborates with other HRBPs and HR COE's to drive a variety of HR initiatives and special projects

- Has experience in managing the employee life cycle activities

- Deploy and facilitate global HR programs on performance management, engagement surveys, recognition programs etc

Qualifications and Requirements

- Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business discipline from a reputed institute

- At least 8 years of Human Resources work experience ( Post MBA) with proven high performing track record

- Prefer experience within the technology industries - in a matrix, global environment

- Strong desire to work and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic, global team-oriented environment

- Willingness to work in 12 pm - 9 pm shift, with flexibility to stretch based on business needs

- Willingness to travel for college hiring events

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to influence, motivate and lead others effectively

- Excellent hold over MS excel, PowerPoint and other office tools

- Diplomacy, Maturity and the ability to quickly establish a high level of trust

- Proactively puts forth ideas and challenges in a thorough data-driven and fearless manner to management at all levels

- Leads peers and colleagues on projects/initiatives

- Builds relationships and uses nonstandard approaches to resolving issues
