HR Business Partner/HR Generalist - KPO/Consulting Firm

We are hiring for a HR generalist/ HR BP for a leading KPO/ Consulting based at Bangalore.

Position : HR BP

Experience : 15- 19 years only from FMCG/ TELECOM/ KPO with good HR BP / HR Generalist .

Role & Responsibilities :

- HR Lead will drive HR processes/initiatives across key stages of the employee lifecycle ( Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Engagement/ Retention) along with partnering with business stakeholders, supporting client discussions, managing employee escalations

- Identify and drive continuous improvements to the scope, performance and cost-to-serve of each team

- Build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, with Business leaders and within HR - both global and local

- Ensure the effective delivery of the HR processes : Talent Acquisition & Management, Reward, Capability Development, People Advisory support, Employee life cycle management, Leadership Development, Change Management and Talent Management

- Lead initiatives and work with the CoEs to improve the end-to-end HR delivery processes
