Position: HR Generalist/HR-BP
Reporting to : Director of Human Resources
Our client is US IT MNC listed on NYSE.
Main Job responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Strategic Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle
- Talent Pooling & Pipe-lining, Sourcing, screening, talent attraction of proactive and passive pipelines supported through various active passive channels and historical data for senior and leadership roles
- Work against the assigned targets and accordingly design recruiting strategies to target right competition by leveraging various channels
- Social Media Hiring and Recruitment Marketing
- Market intelligence, Competitor talent trend benchmarking and tracking ongoing market trends
Other HR responsibilities:
- Driving learning and development initiatives
- To partner with colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of organization.
- To oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between professional HR and the business.
- Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people related issues.
- Act as HR SPOC for any employee relations issues involving employees between entry level and Executive Manager.
- Inculcating good work practices among workforce, thereby improving the work culture.
- Responsible for the execution of people management issues,
- Responsible for recruitment, performance management, L&D etc. Implementing HR initiatives and as a senior generalist you will advise, guide and support all staff and managers in the organization; providing high level people development support.
- Through various program, acting as a mentor or guide for new joinee and solve all the queries on day to day basis.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- At least 6 years experience of working as HR Business Partnering.
- This role is an individual contributor role, hence person needs to be handson
- Prior experience in a technology start up or a mid-sized technology company is a must.
- Experience of advising managers on a range of people matters (e.g. discipline, grievance, performance management, rewards, recruitment, etc)
- Experience of implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working
- Articulate, self-driven, people centric, unbiased and a great attitude are few required softer attributes for the role to succeed.
Noida / nearby Noida based candidates are preferred.
