HRBP / HR Administrator
Role with a leading Fashion Accessories Manufacturer
Job Purpose :
- To provide Corporate HR Business partnering across Commercial and Corporate functions including Corporate Office. The scope will include all sales offices, Central Warehouse, Head office covering around 350 staff employees.
Principal Accountabilities :
1. HR Business Partnering :
- Closely work with Sales Managers across India and support them with timely HR support and interventions for business continuity. The incumbent is expected to conduct periodical townhalls with sales employees, visit Sales Offices and markets to capture the issues and provide timely support.
2. Recruitment & Selection :
- Responsible for recruitment of various roles in executive and Management cadre in Sales and Corporate functions. This will involve coordination with internal hiring managers, external vendors, notifying vacancies, designing JDs, Coordinating selection activities, administering tests, questionnaires, induction and onboarding for the newly joined, joining formalities, making extensive use of job portals and Application tracking systems like Naukri and Avature / Resource Bank for sourcing profiles, BG verification and documentation. Keeping close track on the hires and updating the status to global HR Team and closing the positions in the specified lead time.
3. Employee Engagement :
- This will include driving Employee Engagement throughout these locations and among target workforce in terms of administering the survey, facilitating the process of communication of results, action planning, updating and tracking of kennexa portals, Execution of agreed action plan. This will also include timely connect with all sales Offices across India in terms of administration of HR policies. This will also include annual engagement calendars for sales and non-sales and executing the engagement plan through follow up and coordination.
4. Performance Management:
- This will include roll out of key dates for goal setting, mid-year review and year-end review, providing data to Managers at the time of performance reviews, documentation.
5. Championing HR Best Practices: To bring in best HR Practices being practised in leading organisations and propose implementation in CI.
6. Reward & Recognition schemes: Assist in conceptualisation and administration of function specific, monetary and non-monetary reward and recognition programmes.
7. Talent Management :
- Assist in constituting talent councils to review the top talent with the functional heads in terms of succession plan, career paths, Training and communication. Facilitate periodical review of people with low or average performance and work with such employees in time framed performance improvement plans.
8. Digital HR - The incumbent is one the Key user for SuccessFactors in India and responsible for driving the same as part of HR Digitisation process.
9. Assist in conceptualisation and execution of policies, best practices, Salary revisions for salesforce, review and improving on existing practices across target workforce.
10. Coordinate and lead the entire piece of HR Operations (hire to exit) for target workforce.
11. Lead Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for India business.
12. Champion talent acquisition for India Business and provide periodical data analysis on recruitment, attrition, costs etc.
13. Undertake policy simplification or renewal in line with the changing needs of the workforce.
14. Lead Labour law compliances across sales offices and warehouses in India.
15. Lead certain engagement initiatives on Pan India basis for all staff employees like Annual Spot Awards, IWD etc
Required :
- PG in HR (MBA / PGDPM)
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in HRBP role in a corporate set up.
- Ability to read, write and speak Kannada is essential.
- Residents of Bangalore are preferred.
- Candidates graduated from local, Bangalore based MBA Colleges are only preferred.
- Both Male & Female profiles are suitable.
- The candidates should be available to join in 30 - 45 days- time. Those who have higher notice period or non-negotiable notice period will not be considered.
- Should have worked in a well know manufacturing organization.
Stable Career - should have worked in previous employment for 3 - 5 years at least. Frequent job hoppers are not suitable.
