HR Business Partner - Healthcare Startup

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client which is a well-funded and fast growing healthcare startup. They are aiming to becoming the leaders in their domain.

They are looking for a "HR Business Partner" for their organization to join them as soon as possible.

The position is based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with key business stakeholders to define talent related needs.

- Support in driving key people strategy programs.

- Support Talent acquisition, Management and Development.

- Drive PMS, Employee Engagement / Pulse Surveys.

- Ensure Stat compliances, communication & Reporting.

To qualify for these positions you should :

- MBA / PG in HR

- Have around 7 - 14 years of experience in HR

- Have good experience as an HR Business Partner.

- Have experience in multiple areas of HR including Employee Engagement, TA, T&D, PMS etc.

- Experience in engaging with stake holders.

- Preferably have experience in a Startup or a Healthcare / Diagnostic firm or any services organization

- Have good English Skills.

- Be from Noida or ready to relocate.

- Budgets for this role would be around 20 - 25 LPA roughly
