- Talent Management: Drive the talent management agenda including periodic reviews with site leadership on talent landscape and possible gaps. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team in closing the gaps, including participating in SMT recruitment drive and facilitating the induction process. Ensure job rotation and career development plans are implemented.
- Performance Management: Implement the performance management system (PerfECT) cycle. Train the first line managers on performance review and coaching skills. Ensure performance issues are addressed, including consequence management. Implement rewards and recognition mechanism at the location.
- Talent Engagement: Conduct open houses and ensure skip level meetings are held. Redress employee queries and grievances within the agreed turnaround time. Implement - Fun at Workplace- and other employee engagement activities.
- HR MIS & Analytics : Ensure HR MIS is maintained, analyze and present the plant HR data (attrition, hiring, promotion, performance rating trends, manpower cost, manpower count, productivity metrics)for periodic reviews
- Capability Building: Facilitate implementation of capability building programmes. Develop the training matrix for the site and facilitate delivery through in-house capability or external faculty. Work closely with Plant leadership team on interaction with high potential employees and develop their IDP in consultation with Plant Head.
. Compliance and IR - Supervise all site IR matters. Ensure discipline at site. Participate in settlement discussions. Review and control contract labor.
- Change Agent: Facilitate change management around large scale organizational initiatives
