Candidates having 6-10 Years exp post Business Management Degree ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges )
Key Deliverables :
Lead and manage of Talent Management, OD, L&D, Employee Engagement and Performance Management practitioners in the development and delivery of respective programmes.
Key Result Area:
Talent Management
- Defines the guidelines for Hi-Po identification, 360 degree feedback mechanism, Succession planning, Talent Reviews, and Building career map.
- Designs and aligns the Competency Framework of the organization.
- Conducts readiness assessments, job-impact analysis, and skill and capability assessments.
- Continuously identifies opportunities for performance improvement through internal process/system reviews and external research into good and new practices.
Organizational Development
- Designs the framework for OD, change management, culture building, value building & articulating.
- Conducting employee engagement surveys & action planning on areas of improvement.
- Defines the guidelines, intervention plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the organisations strategic goal.
- Manages project(s) from beginning to end, both individually and in conjunction with other Leads/HODs.
- Develops assessment measurement tool(s) to measure and monitor the impact of the delivery of any change management strategy on organization culture and employee engagement using metrics and analysis.
Learning and Development
- Designs and delivers the framework for Leadership developement, Coaching and Mentoring programs, Managerial development program and Functional training programs.
- Drives the Leadership Development strategy for the organization to ensure right talent pool is available to achieve the organisations vision.
- Designs and drives learning platforms across organization to ensure continuous skill development.
Performance Management
- Works with other Leads/HODs in order to understand the key performance improvement indicators and builds the Performance Management framework for the organization.
- Oversees the development and implementation of an organization-wide performance appraisal program and monitors the progress constantly.
- Ensures effective, timely and clear communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders, and provides coaching and mentoring whenever required.

- Proven hands-on experience in conceptualization, design and implementation of Talent processes.
