The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will leverage 15 years of extensive HR experience to serve as a strategic consultant to management on human resources-related issues. This role acts as an employee champion and change agent, anticipating HR-related needs, and communicating proactively with both the HR department and business management. The Senior HRBP will develop integrated solutions and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that align with the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on HR-related issues.

- Provide expert HR policy guidance and interpretation.

- Drive HR initiatives that support the strategic goals of the business.

Employee Relations:

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices.

- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

Organizational Development:

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational development projects.

- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.

Talent Management:

- Oversee talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure a pipeline of high-caliber talent.

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees.

Performance Management:

- Lead performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Implement and monitor performance improvement plans.

- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

Skills:

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR and business strategy.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex organizational structures.

- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Working Conditions:

- Location: Pune

- Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
