Role Summary:

- Role: HR Generalist

- Experience : 2+ years

- Work Location: Hyderabad

- Reporting to : Head-HR

Responsibilities:

- Managing end-to-end hiring of all positions

- Responsible for employee life cycle touch points, Offer to Exit

- Conducting periodic team engagement interventions

- Providing support to SBU heads for performance management and increments/promotions

- Liaising with Central HR team for various central projects

- Liaising with business heads for various HR initiatives
