As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for hiring full time employees, hiring interns on regular basis, managing Payroll, employee engagement, employee communication etc.
What you will do :
- Being a cultural ambassador for the company and reinforcing employee morale and excitement and making the company a fun and productive place to work
- Establishing a strong business relationship with internal stakeholders
- Managing all HR operations including performance management, benefits, compliance, etc.
- Facilitating talent development actions
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, new hire onboarding and assimilation client servicing
- Working with leadership team to create best practices to build company culture and employee relations
- Implementing and facilitating key employee retention and change management
- Educating the business on HR trends that affect the business
- Actively identifying gaps, proposing improvement initiatives and implementing changes to drive operational excellence
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- MBA with good pedigree preferred
- Demonstrable experience of 2-5 years in similar field
- Preferable experience from renewable energy based industry
- Should have done hi caliber hiring and be able to sell the company to potential candidates
- Should have worked in startups
- Should have experience in scaling up a company
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong soft skills
