- HRBP & Talent Management (COE Role).
- Design and deploy interventions to build a development culture.
- Drive career movements, career velocity, enable policies etc.
- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes - Capability Development, Talent Management.
- Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.
- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.
- Leading and developing a strategic HR roadmap for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.
