Job Summary:
The Senior Manager - Human Resources Generalist will support all Human Resource functional areas, including Employee Engagement, Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and more. The role is pivotal in leading HR initiatives, maintaining HRIS accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting career development across all levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR initiatives including performance management, employee development, and adherence to policies.
- Oversee key HR processes such as Payroll, Attendance, and Leave tracking.
- Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including POSH, while ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting through HRIS, leading process improvements and addressing gaps.
- Assist in the refinement and communication of HR policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive talent development strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
Work Schedule:
Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Hybrid work arrangement: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are work-from-office (WFO); Monday and Friday are work-from-home (WFH).
