Talent Partnering:
Talent Acquisition Team & Business - Aligning with the business on the HC to Hire, Structure, Hierarchy, Role
Talent Management - Ideation/Discussion with Talent team and business on various talent management projects. (End to End Partnering). Final execution and closures partnering with Business and talent management projects.
HR Ops - Driving all HR Ops activities with HROps (Employee related); Onboarding Process Change; Exit Process Changes/Updates; Confirmation Inputs; Exit Intimation & Documentation; Joining Docs ; Closure on Red Reports once highlighted Red
Business - NH Connect, CXO Dashboard, Involvement in Org structure changes, HC discussion, etc. Quarterly dashboard with NHs from BP perspective
Engagement:
Reports / Dashboard, Monthly NH connect - Interventions, wherever needed in process updates, open sessions, VO Meets
Design branch connect calendar and discuss on virtual connects/physical branch visits
Analyse eNPS dashboard and initiating interventions as and when issues arise
Exit Management:
Attrition Rate - Intervention through employee ratings/ chances of probable hike/ need for retention/ identifying suitable role/ location etc.
Data Management - Trackers
Exit Interviews analysis - Monthly exit data analysis (with reasons, source mix). Identifying key reasons of attrition and workaround solutions
Performance Management:
Drive Annual Assessment process
Non Performance cases
Rating analysis - Trend - Interventions - Analyse rating patterns and come up with interventions
Key Talent Projects: Work on key talent projects
