HR Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Leadership, to understand the business landscape and priorities and build/deliver Strategic Workforce Plan, Talent Strategy, Succession planning, and skills assessment
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Closely work with finance and Leadership on the Workforce LRP Budgets and deliver the same aligned to the strategy.
- Plan, manage, and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization, leadership review process, and strategic objectives. This includes annual and mid-year processes focusing on performance management and talent development.
- Work closely with COEs to deliver on BCR Succession Development RoadMap and Capability Development priorities for the Site.
Qualification & Experience:
- 5-7 Years post-qualification HR experience with a minimum of 4 years in Business partnering
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 B-School TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of HR interventions
- Ability to design and deliver HR solutions in line with business priorities
- Ability to build & forge strong relationships with stakeholders and the ability to influence change
- Should continually look for opportunity areas & challenge the status quo to enhance efficiency & effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills, detailed oriented & organized
