Job Description
Reporting to the Head HR, your responsibilities will include :
- As HRBP you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees in designated business units
- The position will require you to work alongside Sales Leaders to improve efficiencies in the sales division
- Implement initiatives to attract, retain and develop effective sales team
- Drive best practices as an HRBP to increase productivity for the BU
- Implement learning initiatives and drive performance for sales team improvement
The Successful Applicant
You come with 10-12 years of hands on experience as an HRBP within FMCG/Pharma/Retail setup. You have a full time MBA from top tier business school and come with a strong Sales HRBP experience. You have people management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and looking for an exciting career opportunity.
