Looking for HRBP role for leading US MNC to be based in Mumbai.

Specific Responsibilities

- Act as key HR point of contact, sparring partner and sounding board for employees and Business Heads. Level of participation varies accordingly to needs and priority.

- Identify, define and implement solutions that address the needs of the business whilst taking into account the boarder implications

- Develop understanding of the business strategies, plans and objectives and support with corresponding needs. Drive core HR initiatives in the areas of Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, HR Information Systems, Organizational Structure, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Retention strategy

- Contribute to the business strategy. Drive the People Agenda by applying board HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/ consultation, program/ project management, facilitation and communication. Plan and implement people/ organization solutions aligned to the business and HR strategy.

- Ensure excellent alignment and execution of established human resources policies, procedures. Employee Processes including HR operations, engagement studies and action plans, employee grievances, sounding board initiatives, employee relations including labour law compliance and mitigation

- Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees

- Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines
