- Facilitate Engagement survey
- Professional Coaching
- Performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment, succession planning, Engagement survey, etc.
- Talent Acquisition
- Onbaording and Induction
- Anchoring all graduate and post graduate campus
- Monthly Headcount update, cost projections and tally against workbook, workday and TALEO
- Managing and participating in HR projects, change programs, HR and organizational initiatives
- Training & Devpt
- Experience of 10 - 12 years in an HR Business Partnering or an HR generalist role
- Education - MBA in HR from a premier business school
- Ability to build relationships and influence people in a matrix environment
