HRBP leading Mnc companies
Role is responsible for driving Talent Acquisition, Management and Capability Development initiatives in the organization. Also, will be responsible for driving positive employee experiences for the employees through structured efforts in Engagement & Communication space
1) Partner with the business to address HR matters and support the business leaders
2) Lead and guide team of HR professionals for delivery of Business partnering responsibilities
3) Talent Acquisition for the organization, with focus on building organizational capability and building pipeline to for critical skills / roles and build strong succession plan
4) Improve Talent reach through concerted efforts on mapping competencies and industries for talent acquisition
5) Create strong search / talent partners for hiring top talent for the organization
6) Develop Hiring Managers as effective interviewers
7) Enable Development Plan discussions with Functional Heads and track development actions for key associates.
8) Set up regular interactions with associates to tap engagement levels and address their concerns
9) Conduct functional Nine Box reviews with the Business leaders
10) Oversee Onboarding activities
- Master in Business Administration (or Equivalent) from a reputed institute with 7-9 years of experience with at least 2 years in Team Leader role
- Should carry minimum2-3 Yrs of experience of MNC
- Graduation in Engineering would be an added advantage
SIMS / SIBM / SCMHRD / NMIMS / UBS / XIM OR SIMILAR Tier-2 colleges , Experience of MNC
Some or other experience of Manufacturing / Engineering organization
Comp range 17-20 L
- Fluency in Verbal & Written communication in Hindi & English
