1. Partner with the various functional leaders to drive the people agenda to deliver business results
2. Work with Process Leads and Team leaders to execute workforce plan
3. Liaise with Function leaders to ensure resourcing of new demands/backfills is executed correctly and within the plan
4. Work with managers to identify and build key talent segments and provide input to workforce plan
5. Facilitate leadership sessions to identify low/high performers and drive Solutions
6. Receive and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues
7. Execute the people cycle across the functions
8. Encourage and coach managers on people cycle execution and providing feedback
9. provide support and counseling in terms of promotions, demotions and transfers
10. Assist with conceptualizing & implementation of engagement programs, processes and initiatives that maximize people effectiveness
11.Implement in business what they ,need' oppose to what they ,want' - be able to push back and challenge the business in driving people agenda
12. Act as a guardian of neutrality between managers and employees
1. MBA in HR from a premiere B School
2. Minimum of 3-4 years experience in Human Resources at a corporate level
3. Fair understanding of all people areas, excellent understanding and strong background in staffing and very good
