- Employee life cycle management with an objective to retain talent and drive high-performance culture.
- Capability Building
- Performance evaluation process to drive a performance culture.
- Engagement initiatives through COEs
- Interventions related to Headcount Cost & Nos.
- Organizational Effectiveness through Job Evaluation, Productivity & Organization Structure
- Identify needs (employee or business), plan interventions in the areas of communication, engagement, rewards and recognition.
- Succession plan program.
