About the Role :
- You will facilitate the organization in transitioning from talent retention to talent management, linking the culture of the organization to business needs. You will build a business - focused learning environment and development platform for employees to increase our value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the performance management cycle right from KRA-setting to performance and leadership competency review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle
- Support development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for a range of talent management initiatives / programs
- Execute career paths & succession planning frameworks and systems
- Build a culture of reward and recognition in the organization, with adequate controls in place. Follow guidelines and use innovative ways for assimilation of AIR (Alive, Inclusive & Respectful) values in the organization
- Lead the Learning and Development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same for the function
Experience & Skills Skills Required :
- Rich experience in talent management and development
- Adept at working in an ambiguous environment
- Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technologies Strong consulting and facilitation skills
Educational Qualifications :
- MBA-HR from a premier institute
Work Experience : 3-7 years Any industry
