Corporate HRBP
- Lead people business partnering by shaping and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's corporate functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives. This includes driving the business agenda of talent management, manpower planning & budgeting, engagement
- Partner with the various functional leaders to drive the people agenda to deliver business results
- Work with Process Leads and Team leaders to execute workforce plan
- Liaise with Function leaders to ensure resourcing of new demands/backfills is executed correctly and within the plan
- Work with managers to identify and build key talent segments and provide input to workforce plan
- Facilitate leadership sessions to identify low/high performers and drive Solutions
- Receive and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues
- Execute the people cycle across the functions
- Encourage and coach managers on people cycle execution and providing feedback
- Provide support and counselling in terms of promotions, demotions and transfers
- Assist with conceptualizing & implementation of engagement programs, processes and initiatives that maximize people effectiveness
- Implement in business what they need as opposed to what they want - be able to push back and challenge the business in driving people agenda
- Act as a guardian of neutrality between managers and employees
- MBA in HR from a premier B-School
5-10 years of core HRBP Experience
- Campus - Tier 1 campuses only (XLRI, MDI, TISS, SCMHRD, IIM (tier 1), SIBM)
- Pedigree companies to be focused on - top 10 FMCGs / Alco-Bev / New-age companies
- Exp. -5-10 years into core business partnering (managerial level)
