Role Summary: The HRBP will serve as the HR partner for the This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR activities, managing a team of 3 to 4 HR professionals, and collaborating closely with business leaders. The successful candidate will drive strategic HR decisions, ensure compliance, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

o Lead recruitment efforts for the cluster from sourcing of candidates to salary fitments and offer closures

o Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and execute recruitment strategies.

o Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

2. Learning and Development:

o Design and implement training programs to reflect future business needs and requirements

o Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed

o Oversee skill development centers for factory workers

3. Recognition and Rewards (R&R):

o Implement R&R programs to motivate and retain employees.

o Recognize outstanding contributions across the cluster.

4. Business Partnership:

o Drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

o Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements.

o Build strong relationships with business leaders.

o Understand business challenges and provide HR solutions.

o Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.

5. Miscellaneous

o Act as custodian of employee engagement

o Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive ER landscape

o Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and factory compliance standards for 7+ CMUs in the business cluster

Qualifications:

- MBA with a specialization in HR from a Tier 1 institute

- Proven experience of 3 to 7 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
