MBA HR Experience - 10 - 12 years in an HR Business Partnering or an HR generalist role
Role is to handle TA and HR Operations, Projects and Change Management initiatives and Business Partnering
- Advising and supporting line managers through the annual HR year-end processes around performance,promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment, succession planning, Engagement survey, On boarding etc.

- Manage RPO Process
- Prefer profiles from Matrix envt
- Flexibility to travel to offices across India
- Prior experience in managing a distributed sales force will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is necessary and experience of Workday/ Oracle/ TALEO an added advantage
