As an HRBP:
- The incumbent will be responsible for supporting in design and executing operational plan for various HR interventions such as Talent Management & Development, Organizational Design and Workforce Planning
- End to End delivery of the Performance cycle, from Goal Setting, Talent discussions, employee dialogues and Increments
- Employee Lifecycle operations including Attendance, Staffing, Learning, Engagement, Performance Management and Exit Management
- Design, tracking and governance of data driven models to analyze and subsequently optimize the organization productivity
- Be an empathetic listener to employees and help deliver impactful interventions for them
- Ability to get a ground sense and share observations/ raise red flags
Skills & Qualification Required:
- Post Graduate from a premium institute is a mandatory criteria
- 3-4 years of relevant experience along with Strong partnering skills and Stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent Problem Solving skills, with a data driven approach
- Self-Starter, Go-Getter, Solution orientation, collaborator and a positive attitude with a knack for working in an ambiguous environment
