Job Description :
- Responsible for handling recruitments and Selection
- Develop and implement appropriate HR strategies, policies and systems for functions spanning across Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Finance and so on.
- Formulating & benchmarking functional best practices to meet present and future goals organization; participating in annual HR Budgeting
- HR Operations - managing the entire gambit of establishing HR IS, making and executing new policies, handling payroll and Operations
- Organizational Re-structuring, Change Management & OD.
- Identify the capability requirements as per the long term and short term strategic priorities for the Unit.
- Ensure legal compliance and progressive industrial relations at the Unit level
- Provide leadership and direction to HR deliverables such as Communication, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development, compensation management, Policy formulation and implementation of policies and procedure
- Determine manpower needs for each Branch and advice accordingly
- Design and implement various employee engagement initiative
- Managing Promotion & career planning across the India
- Retention & Redeployment of the critical resources.
- Responsible for taking care of some part of global HR operations.
