Position Summary:
Looking for Tier1 MBA B-Schools candidates (Batches 2007-2010 pass outs)
This position has responsibility for ensuring exceptional HR Business Partner support to the Business and taking the lead in ensuring business groups are effectively leading their teams with effective engagement, development, and succession planning.
The HRBP is to strategically lead a broad range of human resources services and provide Human Resources partnership and advice for their business groups, on areas such as, change management, capability development, diversity and Business Partnering.
Business Leadership & Performance Alignment:
- Ensure clear purpose, direction and goal alignment toward the successful achievement of business objectives
- Effective communication
- Engagement of employees
- Guidance and management of the performance management process and performance improvement plans within client groups
- Work with Senior Leaders to calibrate performance objectives and associated measures across functions/divisions
- Ensure PM processes are completed in accordance with the timetable communicated
- Provide professional assistance to team leaders to communicate performance feedback with team members when required
- Assist with the implementation of improvement plans (PIP) for low performance and the subsequent monitoring of plan progress
- Partner with the business and be constructive in the development, implementation and execution of business strategies
HR Policy and \ Administration:
- Advice on matters related to workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health
- HR Policy formation and administration
Talent Management:
- Ensure effective development processes are in place for talent development
- Management of succession planning and workforce planning with the business
- Team leader development (work with HRD and global Talent initiatives)
Effective Leadership & Engagement with Business Units:
- Effective communication, launch and completion rates of enterprise engagement survey.
- Communication of survey results to Senior Leaders
- Work with Country/Business Leaders to identify areas for improvement and agree on priorities and the execution of these solutions
- Monitor completion and quality of business/country plans
- Assist in the development of action plans to address culture and engagement within Business Units
- Ensure leadership has necessary development to lead effectively
Operational HR Management:
- Recruitment - work with the business, external providers and internal resources to attract and retain high calibre talent in the India business.
- Provide remuneration advice that is market based
- Absenteeism and turnover management
- Educate Team Leaders on the process and their role within the onboarding cycle
- Ensure site inductions are completed as required
- Ensure that remuneration advice is appropriately benched to market
- Application of policies and processes - ensure that these are appropriately communicated and implemented.
- Accurate and timely execution of employee and position related documentation including letters of offer, Workday transactions, policy and procedure, exit interviews for employees exiting the organisation.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance related to Records Maintenance, Payroll Delivery, Attendance Management, laisoning with Government authorities regarding Provident Fund, Gratuity etc
