Our client is into food solutions through network of compact, low cost food outlets serving Safe, Hygienic, and Nutritious food in a dignified manner at Affordable price point. Presently they are working across 4 sites in Thane, operating over 15 months and serving over 20,000 transactions per month, They believe in delivering operational efficiencies without compromising on Quality, Health, Hygiene, Safety, Security, Environment, Maintenance, Compliance, Contingency and Community. Their entire food service operation is in compliance with FSSAI standards and ISO 22000:2005 certified.

Details about the position:

Position: HR Business Partner

Location: Thane

Requisites:

- Post-Graduate with specialization in MBA - HR with 2 to 4 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives

- The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners

- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance go also and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

- Able to adapt work to accommodate unexpected changes to scope or deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Business Head to set measureable human capital objectives that are

Aligned with the mission and vision of the company.

- Review, refine, and establish personnel policies, HRIS and procedures that align with the priorities of the company.

- Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit

- Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes

- Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally

- Build a strong business relationship with the internal client

- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover the risks/gaps

- Define critical plans for Talent Acquisition for key talents for the internal client

- Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees

- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management function

- Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves

- Design succession plans for key talents and key job position

- Understand the business and HR operating model of the company, identify macro level issues, work with the Business Head, Function leaders on devising solutions and follow through with implementation

- The role holder will be constantly challenged with high levels of ambiguity, challenging timelines and overall high expectations of producing innovative results

- Manage projects and initiatives required to deliver the overall HR strategy

- Organization Development initiatives such as, competency based scorecards, succession planning, talent management and strategic innovation exercise for the senior leaders

- Leadership Development Programs and career management for high potential employees

- The role will have a significant focus on People Development and Employee Relations Develop and implement HR plans, policies, programs, and tools in partnership with business leaders

- Build and enhance organizational capability and add value to the business

- Be Responsible for alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management.

- Proactively facilitate and plan for organization design and restructuring based on current business need

- Manage key Process and people .Own Talent development and execution, drive key talent retention & development efforts, and ensure successful on-boarding including orientation.

- Anticipate human resource issues, concerns, and needs based on business strategies and internal and external.

- Understand and influence business drivers and strategies.

- The HR Business Partner must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented.

- The role will have to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
