Educational Qualification : MBA -HR from premier institute (2009/2010 passed outs) .

Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- To act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and the other support Functions
- Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives
- Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice
- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
- Work in partnership with the Corporate HR Team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support organizational and people performance in line with business needs
- Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management
- Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues, e.g. recruitment, payroll

- Generalist hands-on person, with a flexible approach to work
- The ability to apply Human Resource solutions to business problems
- Creativity, flexibility and willingness to embrace change and work in multi-functional teams
- Well organized and able to manage and prioritize changing workload and meet deadlines
- Unquestionable integrity and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
- Fluency (verbal and written) in English is essential
Leadership Skills:
- To build strong working relationships with the business functions
- To act in a role requiring a high level of autonomy and personal responsibility, but also to be a team player with the ability to deputize for the Corporate HR function
- Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business
- Ability to function in a fast paced and innovative environment

Internal: Sales Team & Corporate Human Resources.
External: Consultants
Incumbent Profile:
4+ years' experience in an HR generalist, management or business partner role
- Employee relations, change management and team development experience
