Hiring for a FMCG client of TalProm.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving the HR charter within the business, driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service which delivers against the business strategy and supports a business partner model.
- Partner with business units to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.
- Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning.
- Maintain the current employee pulse among all assigned business units and provide insights to business and HR leaders towards formulation of their people management strategy.
- Develop a communication framework between employees that promotes ethical work culture, transparency, collaboration, development, and growth.
- Drive participation & completion of Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans.
As a successful candidate:
- MBA from tier 1 B-Schools (2018-2020 Batch)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders across levels and across businesses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
