HR Business Partner Our client is an established and a leading organization in the FMCG space. Job Summary : - This position reports to the CHRO and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders in the organization. - The individual will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensure they realigned with the business goals. - The individual will be responsible for Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Development and L&D. - The individual will need to create a people plan for the business taking into account the wider HR agenda of the organization; implementing talent management processes for all employees within the business and providing thought-leadership on issues that may help improved operation and performance of the business. - The individual needs to have proven work experience as an HR business partner, Excellent communication and people management skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications : MBA (HR) from a premier institute will be preferred Work Experience : Around 10-12 years of experience with the relevant HR business partnering experience in the FMCG space.
