HR Business Partner
Position Overview: As an HR Business Partner, one will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting the leaders and employees in achieving their goals. This role is ideal for an MBA graduate from a Tier 1 Business School with around 2 years of post-qualification experience as an HRBP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance to support their goals and drive organizational success.
- Talent Management: Partner with leadership on talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- HR Programs & Initiatives: Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development, ensuring they align with business needs and enhance overall employee experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders, helping to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and managing the impact on employees, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining engagement throughout the process.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure HR practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, and continuously seek to enhance HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA from a Tier 1 Business School with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or a related field.
- Experience: Around 2 years of post-qualification experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a large corporate environment.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and change management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
