As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR processes and operations, and HR automation.
What you will do:
- Leading recruitment efforts to identify, attract and hire top talent, using various recruitment channels, techniques and strategies
- Developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract candidates and promote the company as a great place to work
- Managing employee engagement and lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
- Developing and implementing HR processes and policies that align with company goals and support business operations
- Automating HR processes and workflows, including the implementation of HRIS/ Employee Self Service tool
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR laws, regulations and best practices
- Collaborating with management and other teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in recruitment
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and operations, employee engagement, and HR automation
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of HRIS/ Employee Self Service tools is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
