- 5 to 10 years of experience in multiple areas of Human Resource Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, team handling experience.
- Understanding of the importance of highly satisfied and motivated employees.
- Experience in managing a performance appraisal cycle.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated an ability to partner within and outside of HR.
- Strong work ethic and unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
- Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
- Manage day-to-day employee-related matters, including leaves, attendance, payroll, grievances etc, in a timely, effective, principles-based manner.
- Design and implement a healthy work environment through HR policies, namely Induction & On-boarding, Incentives/R&R, exit process etc.
