- Stake holder management

- Guide employees and leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and application.

- Implement talent management strategies.

- Create effective analytical tools & reports

- Ensure effective talent attraction, identification, and management of candidates

- Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives
