Job Description
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients, HR Centers of Excellence (HRCs), and HR partner groups to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Business Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their unique needs and drive HR solutions that support business success.
- HR Service Delivery: Partner with the business to develop effective people plans that address challenges and drive performance.
- Talent and Performance Management: Guide and support talent and performance management processes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive employee experience by driving engagement initiatives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- HR Consulting: Provide expert HR advice and support to associates, managers, and HR partners on a range of issues.
- Leadership Coaching: Coach people managers on leadership skills, organizational design, and performance management.
- Compensation and Promotions: Support the annual compensation and promotion processes.
- HR Process and Policy: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Culture and Values: Develop and implement initiatives that reinforce the company's culture and values.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Drive D&I initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
- HR Collaboration: Partner with HR colleagues to enhance efficiency and promote best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HR frameworks and processes
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A mindset that challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong networking capabilities within and outside the organization
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and creating impactful presentations for leadership
