HRBP for an Indian Financial services company based in Mumbai, India.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Be the strategic adviser for the business teams and guide the senior leaders in various people matters.
- Stakeholder management
- Support the business unit management to develop and implement people plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
- Identify the learning needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Use technology to improve processes and leverage technology to solve business problems
- Measure the effectiveness of various initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to roll out all key people policies, processes (performance management, talent management)
- Engage with the business on workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment
- Carry out various data analytics exercises and help the business leaders understand the story and take necessary actions
