Job Purpose :  - To lead and manage the people management related agenda and the change management projects, transferring best practices from different functions in the organization.   - To take over the leadership in the people management area and act as the facilitator for the management team.  - As HR Business Partner Lead, to manage the complete employee life cycle for the assigned set of SBUs & LOBs.   Key Responsibilities :  Functional Responsibilities :  Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition :  - Manage Manpower plan for the assigned businesses by deployment of customized hiring strategy as per the planned Sourcing Mix, Lead Time and recruitment cost.  OD & Talent Management :  - Driving Leadership Programs across Enterprise Cluster, Identification of High Potentials across the SBUs for critical positions, succession planning  Performance Management : Instill performance driven culture through communication and education around principles of PMS, initiatives on developing and grooming the mid level managers for quality performance conversations and ensuring time line discipline towards goal setting, mid-term and final appraisal.   Communication & Engagements : Identify, customize & implement SBU & LOB Level Initiatives on Reach-Out & Reach-In mode, Fun at Work Activities, Education / Awareness, appreciation.  Learning & Development : Identify the training need for the assigned businesses and ensure addressing the gaps through calendarized approach. Facilitate On-Boarding and Induction, Map individual training need, measure the Learning Coverage (Unique Nos.) and take initiative towards self development by facilitating sessions  Operations : Coordinate and function in close co ordination with HR Ops team with respect to Pay Roll, Leave Management, Employee Transfer & movements, Exit & Attrition Analysis (Quality & Accuracy)  - Partnering & driving Group level and Central Initiatives as special projects  Job requirements :  - Qualifications PG in HRM or equivalent  - Experience 8 to 12 years exp. as HRBP or generalist HR role   Functional Competencies :  Innovator & Integrator : Innovate and integrate HR practices around the critical business issues  Business Acumen : Understand the global business context - the social, political, economic, environmental, technological, and demographic trends that bear on their business and translate these trends into business implications.   Technology proponent : To enhance the efficiency of HR processes and seamless integration of change processes  Behavioral Competencies Drive for Results : As the foundation of personal trust that, in turn, translates into professional credibility.  - Strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills
