Experience & Skills Required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the finance domain.
- Willingness to learn and take up new challenges
- Ability to work independently, spontaneously with very little monitoring
- Ability to take responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Go-getter and a team player with a can-do attitude
Job Profile
- Involvement in the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and appropriate skill sets to ensure the company meets current and future resource demands.
- Utilize appropriate sourcing channels effectively (Portals, advertising, networking, employee referrals)
- Suggest innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
- Complete initial screening interview of potential candidates
- Prepare candidate profile for hiring managers
- Scheduling and coordinating the entire interview process
- Takes an active role in HR/Recruitment initiatives
- Performs other HR related duties apart from recruitment
