Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions at Jewels.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices.
- This role will partner closely with leadership to support the growth of the brand while maintaining a people-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the luxury and retail sectors.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offer rollouts, a onboarding processes.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to integrate them into culture.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and stay interviews to address employee concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Develop retention strategies for key talent, aligning with the company's growth goals.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans when needed.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to enhance individual and team performance.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
- Organize workshops and seminars to enhance leadership, technical, and soft skil across the organization.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvement.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records.
- Manage HR compliance audits and address any gaps or risks.
- HR Operations Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Handle employee grievances and implement conflict resolution mechanism.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to position as an employer of choice.
- Lead initiatives that highlight culture and values, such as employee testimonials and team building activities.
Key Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
