Human Resource Business Partner
- Hiring HRBP for a Global British-based engineering company with more than 100 years of expertise in Process and Industrial Automation setting base in India.
Main Responsibilities :
- Be a business partner to engage with business leader on organization design, policy deployment and implementation of Company's HR strategy.
- Responsible for annual budget and forecasting and ensure HR activities are align within budget.
- Manage recruitment activities to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role.
- Execute company's compensation and benefit programs, payroll management to reward an engaged workforce.
- Responsible for Talent Review and People Development solutions to strengthen core competencies and align with business strategy.
- Develop annual training plan to support business managers to fulfill the plan within budget.
- Drive a high-performance culture emphasising accountability, achievement and IMI values and behaviours.
Qualifications :
- At least 8-10 years related working experience in HRM. 3+ years experience in MNC is preferred.
- Bachelor degree in HRM or related business administration fields.
- Experiences in developing and facilitating organisational development programs and talent development programs.
- Sound knowledge of employment law.
- Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
