Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Engagement Partner (Early Career) to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer extensions to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
3. Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for future vacancies.
HR Operations:
1. Provide HR Policy Guidance: Offer guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Maintain Accurate Employee Data: Ensure employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
3. Support HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, such as process improvements, policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
Engagement:
1. Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and candidates.
2. Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, providing necessary support and guidance.
3. Promote Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement, retention, and development.
Requirements:
1. HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
2. Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of the chemical industry and its challenges is essential.
2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: HRBPs need to build strong relationships with both HR and business teams.
Nice to Have:
1. Certifications: Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD.
2. Industry Experience: Experience working in a similar industry or sector. (Chemical)
