We are hiring for our client in Energy Sector. Immediate joiners would be preferred.
Position Responsbility:
- Work closely with the Leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR Head to develop HR solutions, HR programs, HR practices and HR policies
- Be responsible for Human resource administration includes HRIS, Selection and Hiring,
Performance Management, Policy and Process Creation, Engagement, Talent Management,
Compensation Management and Learning initiatives
- Contribute to, and where accountable define policies and processes that support the
infrastructure people strategy and objectives
- Play a lead role in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organizational needs, Coach and build the capability of Manager to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues
- Proactively share best practices, intelligence and potential PAN-India Infrastructure activities within HR function
- Analyses organization structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships and work processes to determinate company-wide programs and or training initiatives that need to be changed or implemented
- Work out a methodology to connect Project sites and enhance employee communication channel for achieving business commitments
- Be an ambassador for the function and represent the Infrastructure internally and externally
Position Experience and Qualification :
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience Decent knowledge in Human Resources Management principles and best practices
- Excellent knowledge in employment registration and regulations related laws
- A Business acumen partnered with attention to the human element, Knowledge and experience in data analysis and reporting, Exceptional working knowledge in MS office includes Word, Power Point and Excel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- Should be able to balance tactical and strategic demands of the role - Drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout in employee life cycle
