- Drive orientation and on-boarding for new joiners, Implement and support various HR processes/policies and partner with Business Managers to meet Business goals.
- Drive Attrition discussions with businesses, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets.
- Facilitate and drive leadership connect through skip-level meetings and work with Managers to circle back actions taken on the feedback.
- Facilitate Employee Engagement Processes in the Account/process aligned to Support the quarterly Rewards & Recognition program in the Business Unit.
- Drive Engagement Survey along with action planning and feedback.
- Managing exits for the Business Unit.
- Ensure appropriate disciplinary steps in case of process / policy-related violations.
- Employee file management.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and processes.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with Business and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
